With a €12 billion budget, over €6.1 billion has already been allocated to Kyiv. In 2024 alone, over 1.5 million drones were produced, including long-range kamikaze drones and AI-powered reconnaissance systems. Some cost as little as $300, enabling swarm tactics that can overwhelm Russian defenses and offset shortages in artillery shells and missiles.

With U.S. military aid now frozen and relations with Washington at their lowest possible point, Ukraine is facing a defining moment in defending itself against Russia’s war.
